Funeral and Graveside Services:
These packages are offered at a price that is less expensive than if the same set of services and merchandise were purchased on an itemized basis.
Traditional Funeral Service - $2975
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home (50 mile radius), embalming, dressing, basic preparations of the body, use of equipment and same day (2 hour) viewing. Funeral services in a facility of choice, use of a funeral coach, graveside service or committal service (1 hour), facility and gravesite preparations, transport of flowers in funeral car, guest registry book and audio recording (5 CD's or one USB drive).
Graveside Service - $1975
Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home (50 mile radius), embalming, dressing, and basic preparations of the body, use of a funeral coach, graveside service or committal service (1 hour), gravesite preparation, transport of flowers in funeral car and guest registry book.
Additional options: Viewing the evening before service $495/Family dressing at our facility $195
Cremation Services:
Traditional Funeral Service Followed by Cremation - $2975
Service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within a 50 mile radius, embalming, dressing, basic preparations of the body, use of equipment and same day viewing and funeral services in facility of choice. Use of funeral coach, cremation, guest registry book and audio (one USB drive).
Price includes a $157 cremation permit required by the State of Utah.
Use of rental casket $595
Direct Cremation - $875
Service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within a 50 mile radius, Social Security identification, preparation and submission of all required paperwork to state for death certificate by our trained staff, family consultation in person or by phone, temporary urn. Weight limit 275lbs.
Does not include the state cremation permit of $157
ID viewing for immediate family (12 or less) at our facility is an additional $250

The goods and services shown above are those we provide to our customers. You may choose the items you desire. All funeral arrangements selected will include a charge for basic services and fees. If state or federal laws, legal requirements or other policies require fees for any items not specifically request, we will provide a written explanation of additional cost on your final statement for those services we have been required to provide, including a description of the goods and services selected.
